UL - Certification ZPMV2

ES&S manufactures customized cable assemblies according to UL Wiring, Printed - Components ZPMV2.

Generally our printed circuit boards are manufactured using a UL certified process according to ZPMV2 and according to the fire safety class UL94/V0. This means that the PCBs can be operated with UL-approved end-products. The distribution into the USA is therefore no problem. To offer an excellent service to our customers we have decided to audit our suppliers and to certify them according to our standards at the Underwriters Laboratories.

Basically the application of the UL-identification as well as the date code is free of charge as to fabrications in the Far East.UL is an independent organization which analyses and certifies products as to their reliability.

UL analyses products, components, materials and systems as to their specific requirements. If so, these products will be labeled with the UL test symbol.

Our company observes the compliance with the UL standard every three months to ensure that the applied materials are specified and registered.
