ES&S provides you with a smooth and structured process for the return of goods – Please use our RMA request form.

Here you can register your RMA and create a returns form. After we have received your details, we will inform you of an ES&S complaint number. This number should be noted on your delivery documents.

Important
  • The goods should be in the original packaging (ES&S sticker).
  • Affix the RMA number clearly visible on the return delivery (delivery documents)!
  • The goods must be delivered to us carriage paid (otherwise there will be no acceptance of goods!).
  • The RMA no. is valid for 10 days.
  • This letter must be enclosed with the goods as a signed copy!
