ES&S – We are a medium-sized company based in Viersen-Mackenstein. Our company was founded by Oliver Reiners 1990. We have specialised in the areas of cable assembly, adapter solutions and the distribution and assembly of printed circuit boards. Our experience, extensive expertise and high quality standards make us a reliable partner for well-known companies. Numerous, satisfied customers speak for us. For example, we offer companies active in the electrical industry, control and regulation technology or mechanical engineering customised cable, circuit board and adapter solutions for almost all components. Another focus is on the processing of connectors, the production of cable assemblies for LCD displays and numerous other electronic assemblies – customised from a single source and always technically up to date!

Accessibility is particularly close to ES&S’s heart! We are happy to advise you, we are always available for you. A fixed contact person guarantees you smooth communication and fast processes. We are at your side as a competent partner from the development of your applications to the finished series product in large quantities. We take care of the entire process from creation of the cable plan to ready-to-ship product. Likewise we develop and produce products in small quantities or manufacture your individual sample pieces in the shortest possible time.

Of course we are certified!

To ensure the highest quality standards, to guarantee the safety of our products and to ensure that the materials we use are listed and traceable we have had ourselves certified. Since 2005, we have been certified with DIN EN ISO 9001 and carry products with several UL styles (e.g.: ZPFW2, ZPFW8, ZPMV2 and AVLV2). Our cables are produced on the basis of IPC guideline IPC-WHMA-A-A620A. Environmental protection is also very important to us, which is why we work in accordance with the environmental management standard DIN EN ISO 14001. Continuous testing during production guarantees the high quality of our products and the sustainable effect of forward-looking environmental protection.

Our ES&S family comprises 63 permanent employees, 41 additional home-based employees and 4 supporting workers. We are diverse and individual just like the customised products we develop and manufacture. Together we work to continuously develop and improve our production processes.
