HIROSE FH69 series

The high-quality connectors of the HIROSE FH69 series were developed for use in industrial applications. These connectors are characterised by their reliability and durability, achieved through robust materials and careful processing.

The FH69 series connectors are available in numerous pole numbers to meet the requirements of different applications. The special 2-point contact design on the top and bottom of the connector prevents the entry of dust, dirt and water and improves contact reliability. In addition, the connector can be used on both sides and thus offers a number of design options. In addition, the retention force of FPC/FFC cables in the vertical direction is significantly improved.

Secure locking & easy handling

Even when the FH69 is plugged in at the back, it has a wide opening like existing front flap types, which makes it easier to insert FPC/FFC. The FH69 connector also has an integrated lock that prevents the connection from being accidentally released. The product is delivered with the lock open and can be used in two simple steps: 1. Insert FPC/FFC and 2. Lock the connector.

The FH69 connectors are compatible with FPC/FFC and the solder pad patterns of the standard FH28, FH28K, FH52K, FH52T and FH75 products in 0.5 mm pitch. They are particularly suitable for applications requiring a heat resistance of 125 °C and have passed the stringent test requirements of the automotive industry.

  • humidity resistance: No damage, cracking or loosening of parts (1000 hours at 60 °C and humidity of 90 to 95%)
  • temperature resistance: no damage, cracking and loosening of parts, -55 → +15 to +35 → +125 → +15 to +35 ℃, time: 30 → 2 to 3 → 30 → 2 to 3 minutes, repeat the above conditions for 5 cycles.
