Your data - Our responsibility !
Within the framework of order processing, from the quotation to the delivery to our customer, the process of PCB production passes through various stages. As early as the quotation stage, we look at your data and check the feasibility as well as the general conditions, such as structure, panel design, etc. By consulting with the customer, all open questions are clarified in advance in order to create a reliable offer.
When the order is placed, the data is checked again, optimised if necessary and transferred to the manufacturer. Test certificates are requested and the delivery time is determined. In this way, we ensure that every order runs smoothly for you and for us. A further inspection of the goods is carried out in our company upon receipt of the goods.
The process of CAM data processing is one of the most important work steps in circuit board production. The data interpreted, controlled and modified here form the basis for the following manufacturing process for every manufacturer of circuit boards. In order to clarify this, we classified the data processing into its four main steps:
- Data interpretation (dealing with the various data formats and their special features)
- Data control (finding and eliminating design errors with regard to one's own production possibilities)
- Panelisation (generating panels and manufacturing specific data modification)
- Data output and archiving (production of the required data for plotting, drilling, milling, exposure to light, E- and AOI-tests etc.)
