We introduce to you: our high-speed USB switch ADA-USB-ONOFF. The ADA-USB-ONOFF is a high-bandwidth adapter especially designed for switching high-speed USB 2.0 signals in medical devices and in measurement technology. Thanks to the high bandwidth of this USB switch, the signals can be switched with minimal edge and phase distortion.
Our adapter ADA-USB-ONOFF is bidirectional, the high-speed signals are only slightly or not at all attenuated at the outputs. This adapter offers low bit-to-bit offset and high channel-to-channel noise isolation and is 100% compatible with high-speed USB 2.0 (480 Mbps).
For medical devices, our OnOFF adapter offers the possibility of galvanic isolation or decoupling through switchable USB inputs and outputs. This adapter can also be used to ensure isolation of the electrical connection between host and USB devices. In audio applications this procedure is called "ground lift".
